Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo, an American author and actress. Her career began on the daytime soap operas One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later seasons, had various supporting roles on primetime television. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in The Bronx New York) is an American actress and singer. Navedo started her professional acting career in dramas for daytime. Between 1995 and 1997, she starred as Linda Soto on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. The show was relaunched as Guiding Light, a CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. She made her film debut through a tiny part in Girl 6 (1996) then was featured in several episodes of New York Undercover and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. From 2001 until 2004 Navedo had a recurring role on the NBC Crime series Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. Later he starred as Detective Ana Cordova in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo was also in films like El Cantante, Remember Me and many others. Navedo had recurring roles on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 between 2011 and the year 2013. Superfast! is a film where Navedo was the lead. The parody movie of The Fast and the Furious series came out in 2015. Navedo started her acting career in daytime soap operas. In 1995-1997, she played Linda Soto on ABC's soap opera One Life to Live. The actress joined CBS' Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. The actress made her debut on the scene of film production with a part of Girl 6 (1996), and went on to guest star in New York Undercover and The District. Navedo appeared as a co-star in Double Take (2002), an action comedy film.
